Nostradamus C.3 Q.46 (C.III Q.46). : Signs and Fixed stars that show times are changing

Nostradamus Centuries 3 Quatrain 46: The city of Plancus becomes a seaport.

The anagrams of this verse fit into the schemes documented by Agrippa, the writer who in Nostradamus'  life-time was one of the foremost authorities on ancient coding techniques (see my paper on Agrippa for more). And the anagrams in the third line hold a highly potent set of rare, complex words independently related to our current understanding of  disease (cholera, spirochetal and bacteriophagals). The whole narrative involving floods and related disasters in  the 21st Century can be read in my Kindle book Nostradamus: Impact on the 21st Century.  This verse is also discussed in detail in my paper titled Floods.

C.3 Q.46
The sky ( of Plancus' city ) forebodes to us
Through clear signs and fixed stars,
That the time of its sudden change is approaching,
Neither for its good, nor for its evils.
Le ciel (de Plancus la cite) nous pre$age
Par clers in$ignes et par e$toilles fixes
Que de $on change $ubit s'aproche l'aage
Ne pour $on bienne pour $es malefices
