Nostradamus C.3 Q.83: Designer drugs affect a nations greatness.
The anagrams found in each verse are vital tools to
remove obscurity that is in each verse's text. And if used without
full regard for rules that discipline the analyst the true interpretation
may never be achieved. Even with such self imposed constraints the meaning
may remain hidden until a critical anagram is understood. This was the
case with this verse where I had readily seen anagrams for occasion,
equating and position but not been able to proceed further. These three
anagrams suggested an astronomic relevance but nothing in the text
supported this view. The picture created by adjacent anagrams easily
becomes obscured by words of low complexity for which there will be many
chance occurrences. Because of these difficulties i have in recent months
increasingly relied on infrequency tables to set my frameworks. When I did
this for C.3 Q.83 in May 2014 it became apparent there is a consistent
meaning in the text anagrams and it isn't based on astronomy, it is a
story of modern designer-drug usage affecting the way France is perceived
in the world.

Nostradamus C.7 Q.04: The cipher 'L' for places of long, sad sieges.
Nostradamus C.7 Q.04: The cipher 'L' for places of long, sad sieges.
This verse has an important place in Nostradamus' Book
of names and it presents its cipher by gathering together a collection of
places where sieges have been important. The anagrams of the second line
have a most unusual tone with the adjacent anagrams of 'only occasion'
sugesting the special relevance of this verse while two other anagrams for
'diagnose tune' indicate what Nostradamus meant us to do with this
insight. The anagrams for 'God-sent tunes' have immediate relevance
by implying we apply it to religious events such as the tale of the
Crusade against
the Cathars in southern France. Bud 'God-sent tunes' also gives
an emotional connection to Nostradamus major themes and the way he
acquired them.
An important figure in the sieges of the Cathar
Crusades was
Raymond VI of Toulouse and an anagram of his name is found in the
third line. He was one of a succession of Counts of Toulouse who carried
the name Raymond. The following is an extract that ties him and his
grandfather
Raimond (Raymond) IV of Toulouse to the other concepts in
this verse.
Raymond IV of Toulouse was known for being the first nobleman to take the cross and lead an army in the First Crusade. Raymond was an important leader of the Crusades armies, and participated in the capture of Antioch and Jerusalem.
The verse below contains eleven capital letters
'LLDALGAMPA' and both 'L' and 'A' with three each are most prominent.
